Existing users with credentials for their association website can log into the App using the same email address and password. For those without a login, the registration process is straightforward: a simple click on the register button followed by submission of required information will initiate access. Upon approval, users will receive an email prompting them to set their password, enabling account access directly through the app.

Should users encounter issues with forgotten passwords, the app features a "Forgot Password" link that allows for a password reset request via email. Once the new password is established, users can log in with ease using their email and updated credentials.

After successfully logging in, homeowners can utilize the following features:
